Submit an Inquiry
We encourage all families who are interested in Wise Owl to apply online by clicking the “Apply” button above or contact us by phone or email. We ask that you kindly provide us with your child’s name, age, current grade, and what you are looking for in their educational journey.

We’ll be in Touch
A member of our Admissions Team will contact you to answer your questions and arrange a private school tour. During your visit, you will meet with the Head of School, learn about our academic programs and personalized approach to learning, meet our teachers, and experience our welcoming close-knit community.

Admissions Assessment
Once you’ve decided that Wise Owl is the right fit for your family, we’ll arrange an admission assessment appropriate for your child’s grade level. If possible, please provide us with previous report cards/transcripts (Grades 2 and up)
- Kindergarten applicants: Kindergarten Readiness Assessment is designed to evaluate developmental and school readiness skills
- Grades 1 and above: Complete a written assessment that helps our teachers understand each student’s strengths, learning needs and academic readiness

Welcome to the Wise Owl family!
Following the assessment, our Admissions team will notify you of your child’s admission status. To complete the registration, you’ll be asked to submit the required documents, including:
- a copy of your child’s passport or birth certificate
- a copy of their immunization records
